Our history
When Cowshed launched in 1998, it was one of the first brands to specialise in the use of plants and their oils, proteins, essential fatty acids and vitamins. It was initially developed for use in the original Cowshed spa (named after the building's former occupants) and guest rooms at Babington House, Somerset, and is now available in all of the Soho House Group's venues as well as Cowshed's shops and spas, online and other retailers around the UK and overseas.
The product range
Cowshed is evolving its entire range to meet consumer demand for stylish, natural products for the bath and home. The new Lifestyle range launched September 2008 and includes the Collections, Hair Care, Hand Care and Bullocks For Men. We've improved the packaging, doubled the number of products, re-formulated to include more organic ingredients and higher ratios of essential oils, and removed all parabens, petrochemicals, sulphates, artificial fragrances and colours.
Our newest collections include Organic Skincare and Udderly Gorgeous Maternity and Baby Cow Organics.

Cowshed Spas
The first stand-alone Cowshed spa, Cowshed Clarendon Cross, Holland Park, opened its doors in 2005. Offering a full range of Cowshed treatments - including Cowgroom top-to-toe packages - the West London spa also features a buzzing café and shop.
Since then we have opened new spas in Carnaby, Soho, Shoreditch, Berlin, New York, Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse lounges at Heathrow and Gatwick and the St Moritz Hotel in Cornwall.

Private members' clubs with a Cowshed spa and shop(all part of the Soho House Group)
Babington House, Somerset, a hotel and private members' club. The spa is for the exclusive use of members and hotel guests.
Soho House New York, a hotel and private members' club. The spa is for the exclusive use of members and hotel guests.
High Road House, Chiswick, a hotel and private members' club. The Cowshed shop located next door to the house, is open to the public and sells Cowshed's full collection on products.
Shoreditch House, East London, a private members' club which opened in 2007. The spa is open to members and non-members.
Soho House, Berlin - Private members club and hotel. The Cowshed Spa is open to members and non-members.
Miami Beach House - Private members club and hotel.
Hotels
St Moritz Hotel, Cornwall. St Moritz Hotel in Trebetherick boasts its own Cowshed spa, offering six treatment rooms and a wide range of Cowshed treatments.
